Hello! Everyone there is an unusual problem which I am encountering with my attached Word (.doc) attachment in Outlook. Whenever I try to open a document file enclosed in Outlook it opens as a graphic file; saving the Word file on my computer and double clicking on the file to open it also doesn’t work. I’m able to open all the other attachments such as .jpg, .txt, .mp3 etc but not .doc; the error message that I receive is,“Word experienced an error trying to open the file”. Any suggestions to overcome from this problem?
