Hardware acceleration is generally enabled to provide a better viewing experience. Try disabling it and play your media file. To disable hardware acceleration, follow the steps below.

  • Under System, turn off Hardware acceleration when available

  2. Then select your corrupt Mov file
  3. Now click on Repair to start the repair process.

Once repair process is complete, you can Preview the file and save to a desired location
